THE VILLAGE OF PIGEON ORDAINS:

Section 78-128, entitled Payment, of Chapter 78, Article IV, is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 78-128. Payment.

Bills for water rates and sewer service charges shall be mailed bi-monthly. All bills shall be payable and become due no later than the 20th day of the month following the period of service billed and shall be paid at the office of the village clerk.

EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall become effective 20 days after publication and shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village of Pigeon.

Water/Sewer Rate Changes

Effective April 1, 2009

Water Rates will be $9.50 per Thousand Gallon

Water Ready-to-Serve will be $14.25 per Billing

Sewer Rate will be $4.80 per Thousand Gallon

Sewer Ready-to-Serve will be $7.20 per Billing
