Planning and Zoning
The Village of Pigeon Planning and Zoning Board meets at the Village Hall 29 South Main Street on the third Thursday of each month.
A copy of the Zoning Map and the Zoning Ordinances for the Village of Pigeon is available below.
If you are in need of a Site Permit please call the Village Zoning Administrator, Clayton Esch at 453-2733.
Permit Fee is $25.00. A copy of the Site Permit is also available below.
